Liberty SCC Meeting Minutes December 11, 2025 5:30 PM

Attendance: Kristen Valdez, Julia Barrientos, Fiona Robinson

Absent: Suzy Esteban, Nasra Mollaim, Mark Polichette

• Call to Order 5:30 pm
• Discuss Calendar Options
  • Kristen was in favor of option 1, likes starting later
  • Julia likes option 1& 2, commenting that starting later and getting out later in the year there is a drop in attendance at the end of the year.
  • Fiona was in favor of option two, but would be fine with option 1.
  • The Polichette family sent an email beforehand expressing which option was preferred being either option one or two.
  • Nobody was in favor of option three.
  • For those present, option two had the most tally marks/votes and that is the decision we went with.
